1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms form an agreement between you and the developer of CS Utils (“CS Utils”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By installing, accessing, or using the application or related services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
Additional terms from Google Play, your device provider, or other third-party services may also apply to your use of those services.
2. The service
CS Utils is an independent companion application intended to help Counter-Strike 2 players discover, learn, and practise utility lineups. The application may provide map-based browsing, position references, aiming guidance, demonstration videos, and related informational content.
Features, map coverage, utilities, media, and availability may change as the application develops.
3. Eligibility and responsible use
You may use CS Utils only if you are legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. If you are under the age of legal capacity where you live, you must use the application with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Purchases must be authorised by the holder of the applicable Google Play account and payment method.
4. Limited licence
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use CS Utils for lawful, non-commercial purposes.
You may not:
- sell, rent, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially exploit the application;
- copy or republish substantial parts of the application or its original content;
- reverse engineer, bypass, disable, or interfere with security, advertising, subscription, or access-control mechanisms, except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- use automated systems to scrape, overload, probe, or disrupt the application, website, CDN, or related infrastructure;
- remove proprietary notices or falsely represent CS Utils as your own product.
5. Independent and unofficial application
CS Utils is an independent and unofficial community application. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Valve Corporation, Counter-Strike 2, Steam, or their respective owners.
Third-party game names, trademarks, logos, map names, visual references, and other protected materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their use is solely for identification, reference, commentary, or compatibility purposes where permitted.
The CS Utils interface, original text, original organisation, original media, and other material created by or for CS Utils are owned by us or used under permission, unless otherwise stated.
6. Utility content and accuracy
Utility lineups and related information are provided for educational and informational purposes. Game updates, map changes, physics changes, player positioning, server conditions, settings, and user execution may affect results.
We aim to provide useful and accurate content, but we do not guarantee that every lineup will remain current, work in every situation, or produce a particular in-game result.
You are responsible for checking and practising lineups before relying on them in competitive play.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use CS Utils:
- for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity;
- to interfere with the application or another person’s use of it;
- to distribute malware, malicious code, or unauthorised automated requests;
- to evade advertising, payment, subscription, entitlement, rate-limit, or security controls;
- in a way that violates Google Play rules, game rules, third-party rights, or applicable law.
CS Utils provides informational utility guidance only. It does not provide cheats, game-client modification, account access, automation, or any guarantee that use of the application complies with the rules of a particular tournament, league, server, or platform.
8. CS Utils Supporter subscriptions
CS Utils may offer an optional auto-renewing subscription called CS Utils Supporter. Supporter removes advertisements from the application and helps support continued development and maintenance. It does not provide exclusive maps, utilities, gameplay content, or competitive advantages unless the application clearly states otherwise before purchase.
Plans and billing
- Monthly and annual plans may be available.
- The price, billing period, currency, taxes, and other purchase details shown by Google Play before confirmation apply to your purchase.
- Payment is processed by Google Play, not directly by CS Utils.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the applicable price and billing interval unless cancelled before renewal.
- Deleting or uninstalling CS Utils does not cancel a subscription.
Cancellation and access
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Google Play subscription settings. Unless Google Play or applicable law provides otherwise, cancellation generally stops future renewals and access remains available until the end of the current paid billing period.

Restoring purchases
The application may provide a “Restore purchases” function. Restored access depends on the purchase status associated with the applicable Google Play account and the subscription information available from Google Play and our subscription-management provider.
Refunds, payment problems, and status changes
Refunds and payment disputes are handled according to Google Play rules and applicable law. Subscription access may be delayed, suspended, restored, expire, or be revoked when a payment is pending, declined, refunded, reversed, or otherwise changes status.
RevenueCat is used to help process subscription status and determine whether the Supporter entitlement is active. RevenueCat does not replace Google Play as the payment processor.
9. Advertising and third-party services
The free version of CS Utils may display advertising. Advertising may be provided by third-party advertising services and may be based on consent choices, device settings, regional rules, contextual information, or other factors described in our Privacy Policy and the provider’s own policies.
CS Utils may also rely on third-party services for app distribution, purchases, subscription management, content delivery, consent management, hosting, and related functionality. Those services may be governed by their own terms and policies.
We do not endorse every product, service, or claim shown in a third-party advertisement or external link.
10. Privacy
Our handling of information in connection with CS Utils is described in the CS Utils Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms an important part of your understanding of the service.
11. Availability, updates, and changes
We may add, modify, suspend, or remove features, content, integrations, or support for particular devices, operating-system versions, maps, regions, or services.
Updates may be required for continued use. We do not guarantee that CS Utils will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with every device or future game version.
12. Feedback and suggestions
You may send us corrections, suggestions, or other feedback. You retain ownership of any rights you already hold in your feedback, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to use, adapt, and incorporate that feedback for improving and operating CS Utils without an obligation to compensate you.
Do not send confidential information, personal data belonging to others, or material you do not have the right to share.
13. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CS Utils and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, or particular in-game results.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded under mandatory consumer-protection law.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CS Utils will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of or inability to use the application, including loss of progress, rankings, opportunities, revenue, data, or reputation.
We are not responsible for losses caused by game updates, third-party services, device problems, network failures, user error, unauthorised account activity, tournament or server rules, or reliance on outdated utility content.
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including any mandatory rights and remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
15. Suspension and termination
You may stop using CS Utils at any time. Uninstalling the application does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription.
We may restrict or discontinue access to the application or related services where reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, address abuse or security risks, or respond to material violations of these Terms.
Sections that by their nature should continue after termination, including intellectual-property, disclaimer, liability, and governing law provisions, will remain effective.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to CS Utils, third-party services, legal requirements, or business practices. The revised version will be published with a new “Last updated” date.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice or request renewed consent. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms, except where the law requires a different process.
17. Governing law and consumer rights
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
This choice of law does not remove any mandatory consumer protection or right to bring a claim in a competent authority or court that you have under the laws applicable in your country of residence.
Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts and authorities determined under applicable law.
18. Internet Connection
CS Utils currently requires an active internet connection to access application content. Offline access may be available only for specific features or subscription tiers.
